تصورات الأسرة الجزائرية لثقافة الادخار بالبنوك

Abstract

ملخص الرسالة: واجه المجتمع البشري منذ فجر التاريخ ظواهر اقتصادية و اجتماعية ذات صلة عميقة بمبدأ الادخار و قد حمل الإنسان منذ الحياة البدائية ثقافة الادخار حرصا منه على تطوير أساليب كسب المعيشة لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى في ظل الندرة. لكننا اليوم نشهد غياب هذا المبدأ و تنامي ظاهرة الاقتراض ، ففي زمن تدنى فيه الدخل الأسري و زاد الانفاق ، انسابت الأسر الجزائرية كغيرها من الأسر العالمية إلى الاستهلاك المفرط و تأثر سلوك الفرد بفعل ثقافة دخيلة تسمى ب "ثقافة الاستهلاك". فبالرغم من جهود الدولة لتحفيز الادخار المصرفي لدى أفراد الأسر الجزائرية، أثبتت دراستنا هذه أن كلا من الوازع الديني و قلة الثقة في البنوك و كذا رفض التجديدو التحديث بمفاهيم غربية أسسوا عوائق أمام الادخار العائلي ، و تبقى تصورات الأسرة الجزائرية لثقافة الادخار على أنها حقا أساسية لكنها عملية شبه مستحيلة في ظل الظروف المعيشية ، الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية الراهنة Summarize : The human societies had been confronted from the beginning of history to socio-economic phenomena in a deep relation with the principle of saving, and the human being had always carried a saves culture since the primitive societies in order to realize a maximum benefit among rarity of that period. But today , we notice a total absence of that principle with an excessive consumption. In an era where the family income regresses and expenditure increases, the Algerian family has been ranged with the other world’s families in an exorbitant consumption , which altered the individual’s behaviour by what is called “ consumption culture”. However and despite the efforts of the Algerian state to improve the individual savings in banks , our research has demonstrated that many factors such as: the religious factor, the mistrust in banks as well as the rejection of any modernisation using occidental processes, constitute a real obstruction to the evolution of bank saving in Algeria. Whereas, for the Algerian family’s conception of culture of saving, Algerian people are convinced that it is a fundamental principle in life but impossible to adopt in nowadays socio-economic conjuncture.
