dc.description.abstractTelemedicineleveragesadvancedtechnologiestoenhancehealthcare,makingitmoreaccessibleand cost-effective.Thisincludesimprovedsharingofmedicalimagingdataforaccuratediagnosesand treatments.However,dataexchangeraisesprivacyandsecurityconcerns. This thesisaimstoenhancemedicalimagingdatasecuritybyembeddingdigitalwatermarksand the ElectronicPatientRecord(EPR)withinimages,ensuringdataintegrityandconfidentiality.It combinesLiftingWaveletTransform(LWT)andFastWalshHadamardTransform(FWHT)for robustness andimperceptibility,withadditionalsecurityviaErrorCorrectingCode(ECC)and chaoticencryption. The ArtificialBeeColony(ABC)algorithmfurtherenhancesperformance.Testingonvarious datasets showedthemethod’ssuperiorityovertraditionaltechniquesusingmetricssuchasPSNR, SSIM, NC,andBER.en_US
