| dc.description.abstract | ملخص : كفل المشرع للموظف مجموعة من الحقوق و الواجبات ، لايجوز مخالفتها أو الإتفاق على ما يخالفها . فالموظف يتمتع بالعدد من الحقوق و هذه الحقوق قد تكون إما مادية كالمرتب أو غير مادية كالتكوين ، و في نفس الوقت يقوم على عاتق الموظف عدد من الواجبات و هذه الواجبات تستهدف أداء العمل على أكمل وجه، و إذا أخلال موظف بهذا الإلتزام يتعرض لعقوبات تأديبية. Résumé : Le législateur a octroyé aux fonctionnaires un ensemble de droits et de devoirs qui lui sont interdits de violer. Le fonctionnaire a un certain nombre de droits et ces droits sont soit matériels (rémunération) ou soit immatériels (formation). Dans le même temps, les fonctionnaires ont plusieurs obligations dont le but est de faire le travail correctement. S’ils ne respectent ces obligations, ils sont sanctionnés. SUMARY : The legislature granted to officials a set of rights and duties which are forbidden to violate . The official has a number of rights and these rights are either hardware ( compensation ) or immaterial (training). At the same time , officials have several obligations which aim to do the job properly. If they don’t respect these obligations , they are punished. | en_US |
