Abstract
This research endeavors to investigate the of integrating of mindfulness practices
in education, on enhacing cognitive abilities and emotional well-being of learners. The
investigator conducted a study with the use of two research instruments to collect
comprehensive insights; a questionnaire for students (clubs members) and two
interviews for teachers and clubs leaders, at The Department of English, University of
Tlemcen. The findings gained from the mixed methods of data collection and analysis,
demonstrate that mindfulness techniques could make a better change in learning
environment, enhance the focus and foster the emotional balance of learners for a more
brighter future.
