الفضاءات الريفية القديمة بمجاز الصفاء ولاية قالمة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة التجمعات الريفية، وتحديد طبيعتها القانونية وبنيتها المعمارية، والكشف عن خصائصها الأثرية من خلال نهج وصفي وتحليلي. يركز البحث على الفضاءات الريفية الواقعة ضمن النطاق الإداري لـ "مجاز الصفاء" -التي تُعرف حالياً ببلدية "بوشقوف" في ولاية قالمة بشرقي الجزائر-، وهي مناطق كانت تشكل جزءاً مهماً من الإقليم في العصور القديمة؛ لذا نسعى إلى توضيح طبيعتها ومختلف أوضاعها القانونية. كما يسعى هذا العمل إلى حماية هذه المواقع وتوثيقها، أو على الأقل رفع الوعي بشأنها والحفاظ على محتواها من خلال الدراسات والكتابات. وتُعد هذه الفضاءات الريفية تراثاً ثقافياً مهماً يعكس ثراء المنطقة وتنوعها، كما تشكل جزءاً جوهرياً من هويتنا، إذ تمثل ثقافة أسلافنا وتفاعلهم مع مختلف الحضارات. Abstract The objective of thisresearch is to study rural communities, identify thelegal nature and architectural structures thatconstitutethesecommunities, andrevealtheirarchaeologicalpropertiesthrough a descriptive and analyticalapproach. This researchfocuses on the rural spaceslocatedwithin theadministrative boundaries of MedjazSfa, currently the Bouchegouf district,Guelma Province, in easternAlgeria. These areas are significant parts of theregionduring the ancientperiod, and ouraim is to clarifytheir nature andvariouslegalstatuses.Furthermore, thisworkstrives to protect and document these sites, or atleast raiseawareness and preservetheir content throughstudies and writings.These rural spaces are an important cultural heritage, reflecting the richness anddiversity of the region. They also form a crucial part of ouridentity, representingthe culture of ourancestors and their interactions withvariouscivilizations.
