Abstract

الملخــــــــــــــص: تهدف دراستنا الى معرفة ما مدى مساهمة السياسة النقدية في الرفع من معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر ، لذا تم الإشارة الى السياسة النقدية من مختلف المدارس الفكر الاقتصادي ، والى مفهومها ، ومختلف ادواتها و اهدافها ،اظافة الى استقلالية البنك المركزي و فعاليته في تنفيذها . و الاشارة الى النمو الاقتصادي من خلال التعرض الى النماذج المختلفة المفسرة له،و الالى مفهومه و مختلف انواعه. و في دراستنا التطبيقية لحالة الجزائر من الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990-2014 ،فالسياسة النقدية عرفت العديد من الاصلاحات و التحولات ،و بدا تفعيلها بعد صدور قانون النقد و القرض90/10 ، ليتم بعد ذلك اجراء الدراسة التطبيقية ، بالاعتماد على المناهج الحديثة في مجال تحليل السلاسل الزمنية ، وإجراء الاختبارات المناسبة،حيث توصلنا الى ان السياسة النقدية في الجزائر ليس لها دور فعال على دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي. Résumé : L’objectif de notre étude est de voir le rôle de la politique monétaire sur la croissance économique en Algérie .Aussi on a touché à la liberté de la Bank central et son rôle à l’expiation de cette politique Dans notre étude pratique sur la politique monétaire autre 1990-2014 on a constaté qu’elle a en plusieurs changement et amélioration a partir de la lois finance en se basant sur des nouveaux guides dans le domaine . Mais cette politique n’a pas en un rôle actif (important) dans la croissance économique. Abstract: Our study aims to find out the extent to which monetary policy in increasing rates of economic growth in Algeria so pointing to look to monetary policy from various schools of economic thought and the concept and various paraphernalia and its objectives and central bank independence and effectiveness in their implementation, and noted economic growth through exposure to different kinds and understood. And in our applied study of the situation of Algeria from the period between 1990 and 2014 monetary policy know many reforms and transformations and activated after a loan and amp. Exchange act 10/90, to be then applied study, drawing on modern curricula in time series analysis and appropriate tests where we determined that monetary policy in Algeria is not instrumental to economic growth.
