| Résumé: | The subject of this work relates to the synthesis of some precursors of RGD cyclic analogues from amino acids as starting materials. The method consists in applying alkylation reactions, condensation, cyclization and coupling to access, under mild conditions, to rigid α, β-unsaturated γ-lactams and aza-2- oxobicycloalkane derivatives. A series of products was obtained using amino acid esters with a specific reagent, 2,4- dimethoxydihydrofuran. The yields of the reactions are generally average to the good ones |
