| Résumé: | In this work, we synthesized analogues of the GABA receptor, which is involved in several neurological diseases. Our analogues have cycles to increase rigidity compared to the neurotransmitter GABA. We also conducted a study of liposome formation based on cyclodextrin to help improve the pharmacokinetic parameters of our analogues |
