Abstract

This research paper revolves around the participation of the Middle Maghreb scholars (Ulama) in a very important aspect of the scientific movement in general and jurisprudence specifically. It is trying to put light on the Fundamentalism and jurisprudential writings including all its subdivisions between 04 Hidjri/10 AD century and 10 Hidjri/16 AD century which is the period that witnessed a clear prosperity of Maliki jurisprudential studies.
