العدول عن الظاهر في تفسير النخجوالي المتوفي 902ه

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الأهداف، أوّلها التعريف بالإمام النخجواني وبتفسيره كونه كان مغمورا، ثمّ بيان المسلك الذي سلكه في استنباط النصوص واقتناص اللطائف واستخراج البوارق التي توحي إليها العبارة، حتىّ خلُصنا إلى أن تفسيره في الغالب تفسير إشاري يُستفاذ من ظاهر الألفاظ من جهة ومن باطنها من جهة أخرى وذلك بالتعمق والتحليل معتمدا في ذلك على القرآن والسنة وأقوال الصحابة وبعوائد التشريع مع عرض بعضا مما أثر عن أرباب السلوك في إيراده للإشارة. Abstract This study aims to achieve a set of objectives, the first of which is to introduce Imam al-Nakhjawani and his interpretation since he was unknown, then to explain the path he took in deducing texts, seizing the subtleties, and extracting the clues that the phrase suggests, until we concluded that his interpretation is mostly an indicative interpretation that is extracted from the apparent meaning of the words on the one hand and from their inner meaning. On the other hand, through in-depth analysis and analysis, relying in this on the Qur’an, the Sunnah, the sayings of the Companions, and the traditions of legislation, while presenting some of what has been influenced by the masters of behavior in mentioning it for reference.
