dc.description.abstractDans notre travail nous avons proposé une approche pour l’optimisation multicritères automatisés des processus métiers. le framework proposé utilise un modèle mathématique ; ce modèle est intégré dans le framework d’optimisation ainsi que les différentes méthodes d’optimisation. nous avons fait une étude comparative en reprenant celui proposé par vergidis en utilisant l’algorithme NGSA.en_US
