الأوضاع الفكرية والعلمية في تلمسان خلال العهد العثماني (962هـ/1554م-1252هـ/1844م)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الرسالة إلى تقصي دلالات الأوضاع الفكرية والعلمية بولاية تلمسان في العهد العثماني من خلال تسليط الضوء على الأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي عرفتها آنذاك، ومدى تأثيرها في الحراك العلمي لعلمائها، الطلاب والبيوت العلمية ومساهمتهم الفعالة. وواصلوا حمل راية العطاء الفكري داخل تلمسان بين عامي 962هـ/ 1554م إلى 1285هـ/ 1844م، وأكدوا التواصل الثقافي في نفس الفترة، من خلال الرحلات العلمية الضرورية نحو مدن البلاد الإسلامية التي أصبحت الموطن الأخير للكثيرين. منهم في المشرق والمغرب، بسبب الواقع العلمي الذي يعيشونه في مدينتهم المذكورة، وتراجعها في ظل سياسة الإهمال التي مارسها معظم حكامها العثمانيين تجاه نخبة العلماء، ومختلف المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية التي، على الرغم من كونها ونتيجة لذلك، فقد نجت من ركود علمي نسبي لعدة قرون، لكن لا يبدو أنها قادرة على ذلك بأي حال من الأحوال بفضل جهود الأسر العلمية التلمسانية المتميزة. وفي مجالات النقل والعلوم العقلية، فإن حظوظ تلمسان العثمانية ليس نتيجة للإشعاع الثقافي الذي اكتسبته العواصم العلمية الأولى وأفضل المراكز الثقافية المبكرة خلال الفترة الحديثة. The thesis aims to investigate the implications of the intellectual and scientific situations in Tlemcen during the ottoman era by higliliting the political, social and cultural that were brought to it at the time, and the extent of its impact on the scientific mobility of its scholars, students, scientific houses and their effective contribution. They continued to carry the banner of intellectual giving within Tlemcen between 962AH/ 1554 georgean an 1285AH/ 1844 georgean, and confirmed cultural communication in the same period, through scientific journeys of necessity towards the cities of the Islamic countries which became the final home of many of them in the orient and occident, because of scientific reality living in their city mentioned, and its decline under the policy of neglect applied by most of its ottoman rulers towards the elite of scholars, and various official and informal institutions which, despite as a result, it has escperienced a relative scientific stagnation for the centuries, but it did not seem to be able in any way thanks to the efforts of the distinguished Tlemcen scientific families. In the fields of transportation and mental sciences, the ottoman Tlemcen luck is not result of the cultural radiation that was gained by the first scientific capitals and best early cultural centers during the modern period.
