Etude comparative de la diversité floristique de trois stations de Nédroma (W. de Tlemcen) et estimation de la qualité du miel

Abstract

Comparaison de la diversité floristique de trois stations de Nédroma (W. Tlemcen) et analyse qualitative du miel récolté En vue de déterminer les caractéristiques physico-chimiques du miel, une étude a été menée dans trois stations de la région de Nedroma (W de Tlemcen), des inventaires exhaustifs floristiques ont été effectués dans trois stations (Ain-Zebda, Mallala, El-kharouaa). Pendant la saison printanière, nous retrouvons 14 familles botaniques dans la station d’Ain-Zebda, 13 dans celle de Mallala et 13 dans la station d’El-kharouaa. Nous constatons que la flore apicole est caractérisée par une dominance de deux familles : les Lamiacées et les Astéracées. Les échantillont de miel sont prélevés dans ces trois stations puis analysés. Les résultats obtenus sont conformes aux normes internationales. Cette étude nous a renseigné sur l’origine et la qualité du miel et la richesse floristique de cette région. Mots clés : Diversité floristique- Abeilles- Qualité du miel- Nédroma (W. Tlemcen). Comparative study of the floristic diversity of three stations of Nédroma (W.Tlemcen ) and honey quality estimate In order to determine the physico-chemical characteristics of the honey, a study was carried out at three stations in the Nedroma region (Tlemcen W), exhaustive floristic inventories were carried out at the three stations (Ain-Zebda, Mallala, El -kharouaa). During the spring season, there are 14 botanical families in Ain-Zebda station, 13 in Mallala and 13 in El-kharouaa station. We note that the apiary flora is characterized by a dominance of two families: the lamiaceae and the asteraceae. During the harvest of the honey, samples of the latter are taken from these three stations and then analyzed. The results are in line with international standards. This study has informed us about the origin and the quality of the honey and the floristic richness of this region. Key words : Floristic diversity - Bees - Quality of honey - Nedroma (Tlemcen). مقارنة التنوع النباتي لثلاث محطات بندرومة )ولاية تلمسان ( و تحليل نوعية العسل المجني من أجل تحديد الخصائص الفيزيائية و الكيميائية للعسل أجريت دراسة على ثلاث محطات بمنطقة ندرومة ولاية تلمسان تم القيام بعمليات الجرد النباتي في محطات ) عين الزبدة ، ملالة ، الخروع ( خلال فصل الربيع نجد 41 عائلة نباتية في محطة عين الزبدة ، 41 عائلة في محطة ملالة و 41 عائلة في محطة الخروع و نجد أن نباتات النحل تتميز بهيمنة عائلتان الشفوية و المركبة تم أخد عينات من العسل من المحطات الثلاث و قمنا بتحليلها .النتائج المحصلة عليها تتفق مع المعايير الدولية التي أبلغتنا أصل و جودة العسل و الثراء النباتي للمنطقة. الكلمات المفتاحية : التنوع النباتي – النحل – نوعية العسل – ندرومة ) تلمسان(
