موقف الدولة العثمانية من التهديدات الخارجية على الإيالات المغربية في مراسلات الباب العالي إبان القرن 16م

Abstract

يتمحور موضوع دراستنا حول موقف الدولة العثمانية من التهديدات الخارجية التي كانت تتعرض لها إيالاتها المغربية (الجزائر، تونس وطرابلس الغرب) إبّان النصف الثاني من القرن السادس عشر، وذلك انطلاقا من المراسلات العثمانية حصرا، أي أننا سنقوم في هذه الدراسة بتحليل المراسلات العثمانية الرسمية الموجهة لحكام الإيالات المغربية، والتي تدور مواضيعها حول التهديدات القائمة على هذه الإيالات سواء من قِبل الغرب المسيحي بقيادة إسبانيا أو من طرف الدولة السعدية في المغرب الأقصى، وذلك لمعرفة واستخلاص سياسة الدولة العثمانية واستراتيجياتها تجاه هذه التهديدات والأخطار الخارجية التي كانت تتعرض لها إيالاتها المغربية خلال الفترة المذكورة. The subject of our study focuses on the position of the Ottoman Empire regarding the external threats to which its Maghreb regencies (Algeria, Tunisia, and Tripoli in the west) were exposed during the second half of the sixteenth century, based exclusively on Ottoman correspondence. That is, in this study we will analyze the official Ottoman correspondence addressed to For the rulers of the Maghreb regencies, the topics of which revolve around the threats to these provinces, whether by the Christian West led by Spain or by the Saadian state in Morocco, in order to know and extract the policy of the Ottoman Empire and its strategies towards these external threats and dangers to which its Moroccan provinces were exposed during the aforementioned period.
