dc.description.abstractIn this work, thin layers of ZnO were obtained by a sol-gel process following a chemical protocol where zinc acetate is used as a precursor material. Thin ZnO films can be developed by several techniques, such as pyrolysis spray, thermal evaporation, cathodic sputtering, sol-gel, etc. In this work, thin layers of Zinc oxide were deposited by the sol-gel technique on glass substrates. The solution obtained is deposited on glass substrates by the spin-coating technique. Optical characterization of the films was performed using UV-Visible spectrophotometry in the spectral range of 280 to 800 nm. Analysis of the transmittance and absorbance spectra allowed us to determine the thicknesses.en_US
dc.description.sponsorshipDans ce travail, des couches minces de ZnO ont été obtenus par un procédé solgel en suivant un protocole chimique où l’acétate de zinc est utilisé comme matériau précurseur Les films minces ZnO peuvent être élaborés par plusieurs techniques, il faut citer : spray pyrolyse, évaporation thermique, pulvérisation cathodique, sol-gel …etc. Dans ce travail, des couches minces d’oxyde de Zinc ont été déposées par la technique de sol-gel sur des substrats en verre. La solution obtenue est déposée sur des substrats de verre par la technique spin-coating. La caractérisation optique des films a été réalisée à l‘aide d’une spectrophotométrie UV-Visible dans la gamme spectrale allant de 280 à 800 nm. L’analyse des spectres de transmittance et d’absorbance nous a permis de déterminer les épaisseurs.en_US
