الإنسجام الإجتماعي وعلاقته بالهوية الذاتية لدى الفلسطنيين المقيمين خارج البلاد

Abstract

يمثل الانسجام الاجتماعي ركيزة أساسية لبقاء المجتمعات واستقرارها ، إذ يساهم في وقايتها من الفتن و الصراعات ، حيث لايمكن تحقيق التطور دون تماسك اجتماعي ، كما أن التعايش والتسامح يعززان من مناعة المجتمع ضد الأزمات . أظهرت تجارب رواندا وجنوب إفريقيا أهمية الانسجام في تجاوز المآسي وتحقيق النهوض الاقتصادي. يبدأ تحقيق الانسجام من الأسرة و التعليم، ويشمل احترام التنوع والاختلاف داخل المجتمع. اللاجئون الفلسطينيون مثال على التهميش الناتج عن غياب الانسجام في المجتمعات المستضيفة ، لذلك ركزت الدراسة على تجربة الفلسطينيين في الشتات وتسلط الضوء على معاناة اللجوء و غياب الانتماء بسبب الرفض والتهميش. لذلك حل قضية اللاجئين يتطلب احترام حق العودة ، ودعم اللاجئين في التعليم والعمل والحياة الكريمة. Abstract Social harmony is a fundamental pillar for the survival andstability of Societies, contributing to their protection from strife and conflict. Development cannot be achieved without social cohesion, and coexistence and tolerance strengthen societies' resilience against crises. The experiences of Rwanda and South Africa have demonstrated the importance of harmony in overcoming tragedies and achieving economic recovery. Achieving harmony begins with the family and education, and includes respect for diversity and difference within society. Palestinian refugees are an example of marginalization resulting from the lack of harmony in host communities. Therefore, the study focuses on the experience of Palestinians in the diaspora, highlighting the suffering of asylum and the lack of belonging due to rejection and marginalization. Therefore, resolving the refugee issue requires respecting the right of return and supporting refugees in education, work, and a dignified life.
