| dc.description.abstract | This thesis presents a hybrid framework for optimizing last-mile delivery through the integration of mathematical modeling and blockchain technology. A heterogeneous fleet vehicle routing problem with time windows is first formulated and solved using exact and metaheuristic approaches. Then, a Solana-based smart contract is developed to ensure secure, transparent, and decentralized task management. The solution enhances cost efficiency, traceability, and sustainability across the delivery chain. | |
