دراسة الإنتاج و العمليات بإستخدام البرمجة بالأهداف في مؤسسات الخدمات مع دراسة حالة "الجزائرية للتأمينات"

Abstract

A travers cette thèse, nous avons tenté de mettre en évidence le rôle et l'importance de l’application des modèles de goal programming, pour résoudre les problèmes liés au management des opérations et de production dans le secteur des services. Spécifiquement, son application dans la planification et le contrôle de la production au sein de « L’algérienne des Assurances ». Pour ce faire, nous avons proposé le goal progamming à l’aide d’une fonction de satisfaction, ceci nous a parmi d’obtenir l’emplacement le plus approprié qui permet d'atteindre le maximum de satisfaction pour le décideur. Concernant la planification agrégée, nous avons proposé la stratégie de conservation d’une main d’oeuvre fixe, effectuant des heures supplémentaires en cas d’une augmentation de la demande. La méthode appliquée est la méthode Hannan en raison du manque de précision de certains paramètres qui nous ont permis d’obtenir la solution qui engendre de faibles coûts. Enfin, nous avons utilisé le modèle du goal programming avec intervalles afin d’étudier le processus de contrôle de la qualité du service de cette entreprise,qui permet d’obtenir la solution satisfaisante.We tried through this thesis to highlight the role and importance of Goal programming models aimed to solve the problems related to production and operations management in the services sectors.his was applied in the company of Algerian insurance for planning and controlling the work is done. And to do that,we offered the company a new working system using the effective functions in the planning process, incorporating the preferences of decision makers in a scientific style, and we got the appropriate location that achieves the highest degree of satisfaction for the decision maker.Regarding the process of planning this business, we have proposed a stable retention policy until a new remuneration of workers in times of increased demand. The method applied is the Hannan method because of inaccuracy of certain parameters which enabled us to obtain a solution with low costs.Finally, we studied the control function of the quality of this company's service by goal- programming model to achieve optimal solution among others. حاولنا من خلال هذه الأطروحة إبراز دور و أهمية تطبيق نماذج البرمجة بالأهداف في حل المسائل المتعلقة بإدارة الإنتاج و العمليات في مؤسسات الخدمات، و إظهار إمكانية استخدامها في عملية التخطيط و الرقابة على الإنتاج في مؤسسة "الجزائرية للتأمينات". لذلك قمنا باقتراح نموذج البرمجة بالأهداف باستخدام دوال الكفاءة في عملية التخطيط لموقع جديد للمؤسسة و ذلك عن طريق إدماج أفضليات متخذ القرار وفق أسلوب علمي رياضي، و تحصلنا على الموقع المناسب الذي يحقق أكبر درجة رضا بالنسبة لمتخذ القرار .أما فيما يخص التخطيط الإجمالي لهذه المؤسسة اقترحنا إستراتيجية الاحتفاظ بقوة عمل ثابتة في المنظمة على أن يتم تشغيل العمالة وقتا إضافيا و ذلك بسبب عدم دقة بعض ، في فترات زيادة الطلب و النموذج المطبق هو نموذج البرمجة بالأهداف المبهم باستخدام طريقةhannan و ذلك بسبب عدم دقة بعض المعلمات و تحصلنا على الحل الذي يحقق أقل التكاليف. في الأخير قمنا بدراسة عملية الرقابة على جودة الخدمة في هذه المؤسسة، مستخدمين نموذج البرمجة بالأهداف المعبر بمجال من أجل الحصول على الحل المناسب من بين مجموعة من البدائل
