The Impact of Globalization on Algeria during The 21st Century

Abstract

Globalization refers broadly to the process of international integration, as a result of the interchange of ideas, products and views. Actually, globalization as a term has been used since 1980. But as a phenomenon, it has long existed with our ancestors in the ancient times through the interaction between people for trading. The first chapter will be concerned with the origins of Globalization i.e. when exactly this phenomenon occurred. And all the phases of its development. According to experts, the history of globalization is divided into three periods: Globalization 1 (1492–1800), Globalization 2 (1800–2000) and Globalization 3 (2000–present).
