LES AMINOACIDES COMME PRECURSEURS DES CÉTOPHOSPHONATES, IMINOPHOSPHONATES ET THIAZOLINES.

Abstract

The work done in this thesis has focused on two different topics. The first one concerns the preparation and reactivity of ketophosphonates and iminophosphoranes. The substrate to achieve this task is focused on trying to generate α-iminophosphonates with a strategy of comparative method in two ways: the first method by a simple condensation between different α-amino esters with α-acetylphoshonates, and the other via iminophosphoranes. In the second section, a theoretical DFT study is conducted to justify the results obtained in the experimental part. The second part of this work focuses on the preparation of thiazoline. The study led to the development of an efficient method for synthesis of 2-phenylethane-amino thiazoline.
