التكوين المهني ودوره في تنمية الموارد البشرية في الجزائر

Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع : دور التكوين المهني في التنمية المووارد البشرية تطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى أهم المفاهيم الأساسية حوول التكوين المهني في أما في الفصل الثاني حاولنا تحليل العلاقة بن التكون المهني ودوره في تنميةالموارد البشريةو ختمنا بالفصل الثالث الدي تضم دراسة حالةحوول التكوون المهني في الجزائر وكانت نتيجة ة البحث مفادها أن إعداد برامج التكون المهني في الجزائر يجب أن تكون أكثر فعالية في تنمية قدرات الأفراد ومساعدتنم على الإيندماج في سوق العملRésumé : Cette étude traite le sujet : le rôle de la formation professionnelle dans le développement humain, nous avons traité dans le premier chapitre les concepts de base les plus importantes sur la formation professionnelle, et dans le deuxième chapitre, nous avons essayé d'analyser la relation entre la formation professionnelle et son rôle dans le développement des Ressources humaines. Et enfin dans le troisième chapitre, qui comprenait une étude de cas sur la formation professionnelle en Algérie. Le résultat de cette études ce que les programmes de formation professionnelle en Algérie de recherche devrait être plus efficace dans le développement de la capacité des individus, en les aidant à s'intégrer dans le marché du travail . Abstract: This study examines the subject :: the role of professional training in human development, we treated in the first chapter the most important basic concepts of professional training, and in the second chapter, we tried to analyze the relationship between professional training and his role in the development of human resources. And finally in the third chapter, we examined a situation of professional training in Algeria . The result of this study that a professional training programs in Algeria must be more effective in developing the capacity of individuals and helping them to integrate into the labor market .
