Abstract

الخلاصة: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال تطرقنا إلى أهمية العنصر البشري داخل المؤسسة، كما ركزنا على دور المؤهلات البشرية ومدى فعاليتها في تحسين المردودية والإنتاج، وتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية المراد الوصول إليها، وذلك من خلال استثمار رأس المال البشري الكفء والفعال. وكان أساس بحثنا دراسة حالة مؤسسة تافنة للملابس الجاهزة ECOTEX مغنية من أجل مقارنة النظري مع الواقع الملموس في المؤسسات. Résumé : Ce document traite de la question de la gestion des ressources humaines dans l’entreprise, grâce parlé de l’importance de l’élément humain dans l’entreprise. Nous avons également mis l’accent sur le rôle du potentiel humain et leur efficacité dans l’amélioration de la rentabilité et de la production et d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques pour être accessible. Grâce à des investissements dans le capital humain et efficace la base de nos études de cas de la fondation Tafna vêtements ECOTEX Maghnia afin de composer la théorie avec la réalité concrète dans les entreprises.
