To fulfil this work, researcher has tackled some tools of investigation through an in-depth analysis using different tests of the figurative processing, two questionnaires, and an interview to the teachers in charge of teaching poetry. This paper ends with some suggestions and recommendations that provide some techniques and exercises, which hope for most to bring betterment to the future of the figurative language in the EFL classes.
