Abstract

The translation studies is a space in its own right in its various branches, while the language of law is defined as a method of linguistic expression for people of law only. What if they came together in one of the most difficult fields that abounds in theoretical and practical research in broad sectors, namely the field of audiovisual translation, especially in subtitling, or as some call it visual translation. In this scientific study, we focused on the reasons that are imposed on the specialized translator to ensure a qualitative legal translation.
