| dc.description.abstract | This work is a sociolinguistic study of attitudes of old Tlemcenian women towards Modern Standard Arabic, 50 old Tlemcenian women who learnt Ahkam (rules) in Imam Ibn Rabah mosque in Tlemcen were taken as a sample. The research process was built on questionnaire and audio-recordings of the participants while reciting Quran. The findings show that the attitudes of old Tlemcenian women depends on many factors; mainly, the place of residence and the educational level. | en_US |
