Résumé: The plasma actuator is a device that converts electrical energy into motion quantity and changes the fluid dynamics. The flow control using this type of actuator is an active flow control which ensures an easier use and low power consumption. Although several experimental studies have been carried out on the interaction of the flow with the plasma actuator charged particles, the numerical study remains mandatory in order to include the influence of several parameters (pressure, temperature, geometry, voltage ...) and perform tasks those are inaccessible experimentally. This thesis represents a numerical study on experimental work carried out in ICARE, Orleans laboratory. 2D and 3D modeling using (Star-CCM+) allowed to study the flow behavior on the surface of the plate and the influence of the support on the shock angle. The coupling "supersonic flow / electric discharge" was achieved by using the drift-diffusion approximation on COMSOL Multiphysics software. In the case of the plate, the electric discharge presence during the flow increases the thickness of the boundary layer and modifies the shock angle. Moreover, the results show that the ionization rate becomes greater. The flow interaction with discharge in the case of the cylinder shows only the influence of the collisional processes, because the shock does not induce any boundary layer. The ionization rate becomes greater, it is the disequilibrium electronic effect that modifies the shock distance. The rarefaction effects show that at great pressures, the discharge effect becomes negligible.
