Caractéristiques physiques des matériaux pérovskites et leurs applications.

Abstract

The perovskites have a wide possibility of use thanks to their different properties from which comes the interest to study them. Within the framework of this work, we are interested in the study of the structural properties of the binary systems of perovskites based on BT (BaTiO3) and PT (PbTiO3). We developed our own code written on Python to compare and analyze DRX results obtained by a diffractometer and by VESTA. The very good agreement between the results shows the effectiveness of our code which encourages us to develop it towards other properties namely electronic and optical.
