| Résumé: | Propolis is a sticky, resinous natural substance harvested by worker bees. Its chemical composition depends on the harvesting area (botanical source) which reflects the difference in their therapeutic activity. The literature is poor, concerning the study of the chemical composition of Algerian propolis. This led us to take an interest in an NMR study to determine the characteristic compounds of Algerian propolis.
