Contribution à l’étude de la bioaccumulation métallique dans les différents substrats de l’ouest algérien

Abstract

This work about a contribution in the study of metal bioaccumulation in the different substrates Of littoral the extreme west of Algeria that is the Bay of Honaine (city of tlemcen). In the laboratory our work is focused on the concentrations of our samples. The samples underwent mineralization filtration was then analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry (SAA). The results obtained showed that there is a contamination of marine sediments by the cadmium, lead, zinc which exceed the reference values according to (Turekian et Wedepohl. 1961). The results in the algae obtained show a more pronounced metallic contamination in the Tafsout station, especially for cadmium and lead. The results obtained were processed by statistical tests ANOVA 1, student test CAH and ACP
