Résumé: The objective of this work is the development of composites based on Chitosan and Chitosan modifying and Chitosan to which are integrated nanoparticles of MgO, in order to test the best composite for the adsorption of two anionic dyes 4R and AR42 and the study of the influence of various parameters related to the reaction medium, dyes and biosorbents on the kinetics of biosorption from synthetic solutions. Initially, we proceeded to the preparation of the chitosan-based composites either by polymerization of the polyanilne, then it was grafted or cross-linked by the different crosslinking agents such as Chit-PAN, Chit-PAN-GLA Chit-PAN -EDA, Chit-PANECH is by the nanoparticles of MgO such as: Chit-NPsMgO-NaOH, Chit-NPsMgO-EG with a calcination time of 2h and 5h. The composites obtained were analyzed by spectroscopic methods such as FTIR, DSC, DRX, MEB and ATG, we studied the biosorption kinetics of AR42 and 4R by the elaborated composites. The 4R adsorption process by the Chit-PAN composite was modeled and analyzed by the RSM method. The biosorption of Chit-PAN is better for both dyes. The Chit-NPsMgO-EG composite with a 5 hour calcination time is much better than the Chit-NPsMgO-EG composite with a 2 hour calcination time.
