Résumé: Copper has always fascinated us by its brown and glossy appearance, rarity and maneuverability. The history is marked by its presence from antiquity to the present. However, nanoscale of copper particles have surprising properties which vary depending on the size, form and the environment of these nanoparticles. Nanocopper prominently in various fields of science and technology for their specific properties to their wide scope (biology, medicine, electronics ... etc.). Copper is widely used for its antibacterial activity in medical and consumer products because of its wide range of activities and its reduced toxicity compared to other bactericides. More and more products use money as nanoparticles for its effective bactericidal activity, which allows use in smaller quantities. In the first part of this manuscript we present a literature preparation copper nanoparticles reported in the literature while trying to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of each. A reminder of the main techniques developed nanoparticles. In the second part devoted to the experimental section, we describe the operative method of synthesis of copper nanoparticles chemically (chemical reduction) and their characterization by DRX technique, UV-Visible spectroscopy and analyses MEB will be the subject of our work.
