SUIVI THERAPEUTIQUE PHARMACOLOGIQUE DE DE LA GENTAMICINE

Abstract

Résumé La gentamicine est un antibiotique appartient à la famille de aminoglicoside ou aminoside utilisé pour les infections bactériennes à gram négatif. Elle est potentiellement néphrotoxique et ototoxique. L’objectif de notre étude est d’optimiser la prise en charge des patients sous gentamycine hospitalisés au CHU Tlemcen par le suivie thérapeutique pharmacologie de cet antibiotique. Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective descriptive menée sur un échantillon aléatoire de 14 patients hospitalisés au niveau des services du CHU - TLEMCEN recevant de la gentamicine en perfusion discontinue durant la période du 17/11/2015 au 30/05/2017. Au total 17 prélèvements ont été analysé au niveau du service de médecine nucléaire CHU - TLEMCEN unité de toxicologie. Le sexe ratio de notre population est de 3.66, l’âge moyen est de 59 ans Le dosage de la gentamycinémie a révélé que plus que la moitié des patients ont un taux supérieur à 1 mg/l avec un taux résiduel moyen de 2.94μg/ml. A la lumière de ces résultats, on peut dire qu’il faut une collaboration étroite entre les cliniciens et les analystes pour surveiller et d’adapter individuellement les posologies de GM. Abstract The Gentamicin is an antibiotic belongs to the family of aminoglicoside used for bacterial infections to gram-negative bacteria. It is potentially nephrotoxic and ototoxique. The objective of our study is to optimize the support for patients under gentamycin hospitalized at the CHU TLEMCEN by the Therapeutic followed pharmacology of this antibiotic. It is a study descriptive retrospective conducted on a random sample of 14 patients hospitalized at the level of the services of the Chu - TLEMCEN receiving gentamicin in discontinuous infusion during the period of the 17/11/2015 to 30/05/2017. A total of 17 samples have been analyzed at the level of the Nuclear Medicine Service Chu - TLEMCEN Unit of Toxicology. The sex ratio of our population is 3.66, the average age is 59 years The metering of the gentamycinémie has revealed that more than half of the patients have a higher rate to 1 mg/L with a residual rate means of 2.94μg/ml. In the light of these results, we can say that there must be a close collaboration between clinicians and analysts to monitor and adapt individually the dosages of GM.
