أثر سعر الصرف على استقطاب الأجنبي المباشر دراسة قياسية - حالة الجزائر -( 1970-2014)

Abstract

ملخص المذكرة: شهد العالم خلال السنوات الأخيرة زيادات كبيرة من تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، الامر الذي دفع بالعديد من الاقتصاديات باتخاذ مجموعة إجراءات من أجل استقطابه، وعلى غرار تلك الدول سعت الجزائر بعد أزمة 1986 بتبني مجموعة من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية بالتعاون مع صندوق النقد الدولي، نجحت من خلالها إلى حد بعيد في تحقيق التوازنات الاقتصادية الكلية، كما عملت على إدخال العديد من التعديلات المتعلقة بالاستثمار التي تهدف في مجملها إلى تشجيع وجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر سعر الصرف على استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى الجزائر خلال الفترة (1970-2014)، وتم استخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية لتحديد العلاقة انحدار متعدد بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وكل من الناتج الداخلي الخام الحقيقي، مؤشر الاستهلاك، سعر الصرف الاسمي (الدولار /الدينار) وتطاير سعر الصرف كمتغيرات مفسرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كل من الناتج الداخلي الخام الحقيقي ومؤشر الاستهلاك وسعر صرف الدينار متغيرات اقتصادية تلعب دورا مهما في تفسير حركة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوارد إلى الجزائر.

Résumé : Durant les dernières années le monde a reçu des grandes augmentationsd'investissement direct étranger, duquel pousser plusieurs des pays à aliénatriceprocédure pour attirer l’investissement direct étranger. Commeces pays, l'Algérieaprès la crise de 1986, à adopter une série de réformeséconomiques en coopérationavec le Fonds monétaire international, qui a réussidans une large mesure à atteindreles équilibre global de l'économie, et a travaillé également sur l'introduction deplusieurs amendements aux loisrelatives à l'investissement dans son ensemble visantà encourager et à attirerles investissements directs étrangers. L’Objectif de cette étude mesure et analyser le trace du retournement du tauxDe change sur l’effusion d'investissement direct étranger en Algérie durant la période(1970-2014), eu recours à la méthode des moindres carrés ordinaires pour déterminer ،la relation a la régression multiple entre investissements étrangers directs et la totalité du produit intérieur brut réel, indice de consommation, le taux de change nominal (dollar / dinar) et la volatilité des variables de taux de change expliqué . L'étude a révélé que le PIB et indice réel de la consommation et le taux de change du dinar est une des variables économiques jouent un rôle important dans l'explication du mouvement des investissements directs étrangers importé à l'Algérie.

Summary : In recentyears the world has received large foreign direct investmentincreases, whichpushedseveral countries to alienatingprocess to attractforeign direct investment. As these countries, Algeriaafter the 1986 crisis, to adopt a series of economicreforms in cooperationwith the International MonetaryFund, which has succeeded in large measure to achieve the overall balance of the economy, and alsoworked on the introduction of severalamendments to the laws on the entireinvestment to encourage and attractforeign direct investment. The objective of thismeasure and analyze the study traces the turning rate Exchange on foreign direct investmentpouring in Algeriaduring the period (1970-2014), used the ordinary least squares method to determine the relationship has multiple regressionbetweenforeign direct investment and the entiredomesticproduct real gross, consumption index, the nominal exchange rate (dollar / dinar) and the volatility of exchange rates explained variables. The studyfoundthat GDP and real consumption index and the dinar exchange rate is an economic variables are important in explaining the movement of importedforeign direct investment in Algeria.
