Abstract

إن من شأن الثقافة الأمنية أن تجعل عامة الشعب قادرة على إدراك واجباتها فتهب لتلتقي حول المبادئ الأساسية التي ترعى الحياة الاجتماعية و تجمع المواطنين ضمن بوتقة تنصهر ضمنها المصالح الخاصة فيدرك كل فرد مسؤوليته نحو نفسه و نحو غيره و يبادر إلى ممارسة دوره في مجتمعه فتلتقي الإدارات الخيرة و البناءة حول أهداف سامية تنهض بالفرد و توفر له الأمن و الرفاهية ضمن مجتمع سليم البنية الروحية . Abtract The security culture will make the general public able to realize its duties and come together around the basic principles that take care of social life and bring citizens together within a melting pot of private interests. each individual realizes his responsibility towards himself and others and takes the initiative to exercise his role in his society .benevolent and constructive administrations meet around lofty goals that promote the individual and provide him with security and well-being within a society with a sound spiritual structure.
