فتح الجواد شرح على نظم العزية لابن باد للشيخ محمد باي بلعالم

Abstract

منذ أن ألف أبي الحسن الشاذلي المنوفي (ت: 936ه) " المقدمة العزية للجماعة الأزهرية " والعلماء مقبلون عليها شرحا، وتعليقا، ونظما، ولعل أهما العمل هذا الذي قمنا بتحقيقه للعلامة الشيخ محمد باي بلعالم (ت: 1430ه) الموسوم ب: " فتح الجواد شرح على نظم العزية لابـن باد ". وهو شرح نظم ابن باد الكنتي (ت: 1388ه) لمتن العزية في الفقه المالكي؛ فكان العمل قي هذا البحث وفق المنهج المتبع في تحقيق المخطوطات، والمتمثل في جمع النسخ، والمقابلة بينهما، ونسخ النص المنتخب وضبطه، وإخراجه كما أراده مؤلفه أن يكون، بالإضافة إلى ذلك التطرق في قسم الدراسة لعصر صاحب المتن، والناظم، والشارح، ومنهج الشيخ محمد باي بلعالم في شرحه للنظم. Since Abu al-Hassan al-Shazli Al-munufi (d.936 Ah) composed the "izziah introduction to the Al-Azhar community", scholars have been coming up with an explanation, Commentary, and systems for it, and perhaps the most important work that we have achieved for the sign Sheikh Muhammad Bey belalamm (d. 1430 Ah) marked with: "Fateh al-Jawad explained the systems of izziah to Ibn bad". He explained the systems of Ibn bad Al-kinti (d. 1388 ah) to Al-Uzziah in Maliki Fiqh, so the work in this research was according to the method followed in the investigation of manuscripts, represented in collecting copies, interviewing them, copying the selected text, adjusting it, and directing it as the author wanted it to be, in addition, the study section dealt with the era of the author of the text, the systematist, and the annotator, and the method of Sheikh Muhammad Bey belalamm in his explanation of the systems.
