دور المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في إمتصاص البطالة في الجزائر

Abstract

ملخص: الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تأثير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على البطالة في الجزائر. قمنا بتقسيم هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول؛ الأول حتتو على المااهيم الأساسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وشمل الاصل الثاني دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الحد من البطالة و أخيرا، في الاصل الثالث تطرقنا إلى حالة الجزائر وفي الأخير أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر يجب أن تلعب دورا أكثر فعالية من أجل خلق المزيد من مناصب العمل. Résumé: Le but de cette recherche est d'étudier l'impact des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) sur le chômage en Algérie. Nous divisons cette recherche à trois chapitre; le premier contient les concepts fondamentaux sur les (PME), et le deuxième chapitre inclus le rôle des (PME) dans la réduction de chômage. Enfin, dans le troisième chapitre, nous avons examiné le cas de l'Algérie Les résultats ont montré que les (PME) en Algérie devraient être plus efficace pour créer des poste de travail. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the impact of Small and medium enterprises on unemployment in Algeria. We have to divide this research on three chapter; the first contains the fundamental concepts of Small and medium enterprises, and the second chapter included the role of small and medium enterprises in reducing unemployment وFinally, in the third chapter we examined the case of Algeria The results showed the Small and medium enterprises in Algeria should be more effective to create more jobs.
