دور التحليل المالي في تقييم آداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة حليب النجاح

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحليل المالي في تقييم الأداء المالي لمؤسسة حليب النجاح بمغنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و الإجابة على تساؤلاتها اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالموضوع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة، ومن خلالها تم الحصول على البيانات الثانوية والتي شكلت الإطار النظري للدراسة ،أما الإطار العملي فقد اعتمد على دراسة و تقيم الأداء و اكتشاف مواطن الخلل و الضعف في التسيير ، في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2012 و 2014 ، و ذلك باعتمادنا على مجموعة من المعايير و المؤشرات المالية الأكثر أهمية و التي تناسب الدراسة وتسمح باختبار مدى كفاءة أداء المؤسسة في استخدام الأصول باستعمال أدوات التحليل المالي . وبعد إجراء تقييم و تشخيص للمؤسسة وجدنا أن هذه الأخيرة قد تمكنت من تحقيق التوازن المالي خلال فترة الدراسة المذكورة أعلاه، وذلك من خلال تحقيقها لخزينة صافية موجبة. كما بينت لنا معدلات السيولة بأن المؤسسة لها استقلالية مالية و أنها تعتمد على أموالها لتمويل استثماراتها و هذا يدل على مدى استجابة المؤشرات المستخدمة في عملية تقييم أداء المؤسسة. Résumé : Cette étude à pour but de mettre en évidence le rôle de l'analyse financière et l’évaluation de la performance financière de l'institution « Halib Ennadjah a Maghnia ». Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude et de répondre à ses questions nous nous sommes appuyés sur des données pertinentes à la littérature et les études antérieures pertinentes liées à la collecte, et qui a été obtenue sur les données secondaires qui ont formé le cadre théorique de l'étude, le cadre opérationnel a été adoptée pour étudier et évaluer la performance et la découverte de défauts et les faiblesses du gouvernance, dans la période entre 2012 et 2014, et que, en adoptant un ensemble de normes et d'indicateurs financiers les plus importants, qui correspondent à l'étude et permettent de tester l'efficacité de la performance de l'organisation dans l'utilisation des actifs en utilisant des outils d'analyse financière. Après une évaluation et le diagnostic de l'institution et a constaté que ce dernier a été en mesure d'atteindre l'équilibre budgétaire au cours de la période de l'étude mentionnée ci-dessus, grâce à un net positif pour le Trésor. Liquidité nous a également montré que l'institution jouit d'une indépendance financière et ils dépendent de l'argent pour financer leurs investissements, ce qui montre la réactivité des indicateurs utilisés dans le processus d'évaluation de la performance de l'institution. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the role of financial analysis and assessment of financial performance of the institution « Halib Ennadjah in Maghnia». To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions we relied on data relevant to the literature and previous relevant studies related to the collection, and which has been obtained on the secondary data that formed the theoretical framework for the study, the operational framework has been adopted to study and evaluate the performance and the discovery of glitches and weaknesses of the governance, in the period between 2012 and 2014, and that by adopting a set of standards and the most important financial indicators, which fit the study and allow to test the efficiency of the organization's performance in the use of assets using financial analysis tools. After an evaluation and diagnosis of the institution and found that the latter has been able to achieve fiscal balance during the above-mentioned study period, through a net positive for the Treasury. Liquidity also showed us that the institution has financial independence and they depend on the money to finance their investments and this shows how responsive the indicators used in the process of evaluating the performance of the institution.
