اشكالية تحقيق برامج الاستثمار المحلي للتنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر بين العوائق و الأفاق

Abstract

ملخص عالجت الدراسة أهمية الاستثمار في الاقتصاد و الدور الذي يمكن أن يؤديه في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصاديـة وقد تطرقت إلى المفاهيم النظرية للاستثمار و أهميته و كذا الى مكانة الاستثمار في الفكر الاقتصادي ,ومن ثـم إلى مدى مساهمته في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية . وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تسعى الى رفع مستوى التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال رفع مستوى الاستثمار وهذا بتطبيق برامج و سياسات مختلفة الا أنها وجدت عدة عوائق حالت دون نجاح هـذه الأخيرة وتحقيقهـا لمستوى التنمية الاقتصادية المطلوبة . Résumé L’étude a porté sur l’importance de l’investissement et le rôle qui peut jouer dans la réalisation du développement économique il importe également sur les concepts théoriques de l’investissement par suite sa contribution dans le développement économique. L’étude a conche que l’Algérie cherche à élever le niveau de développement économique en augmentant le niveau de l’investissent et l’application de différentes politiques et programmes, mais elle a trouvé de nombreux obstacles ont empêché le succès de cette dernière et d’atteindre le niveau de développement requis. The studyconcludedthatAlgeriaisseeking to raise the level of economicdevelopment by raising the level of investment and application of different policesand programs, but itfoundmany obstacles have prevented the success of the latter and to achieve the requiredlevel of development.
