Abstract

تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى القروض العقارية وهي نوع من القروض التي تقدمها المؤسسات المصرفية لتمويل قطاع السكن في الجزائر الذي يمثل دعامة أساسية للسير الحسن لجميع القطاعات الأخرى قمنا بدراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الاحتياط _مغنية_وخلصت دراستنا إلى *ارتباط قطاع السكن ارتباطا قويا بالنظام البنكي * الدور الكبير للقروض العقارية في حل أزمة السكن * رغم الجهود المبذولة للحد من أزمة السكن إلا أنها لا زالت قائمة Dans cette étude nous avons parlé de prêt hypothécaires qui sont un type de prêt accorder par les banques pour financer le secteur du logement en Algérie ce qui représente un pilier pour tous les autres secteurs et pour renforcer notre position nous avons étudié le cas de CNEP maghnia Nous avons conclu notre étude : une corrélation solide entre le secteur du logement et les systèmes bancaires * le rôle important des prêt immobiliers à résoudre la crise du logement *malgré tt les efforts pour limiter la crise du logement mais elle existe encore in this study ,we talked about real estate loans wich are a type of loans provided by banks to finance the housing sector in algeria wich represent a pillar for all other sectors we studied the case of the national fund of saving and provident of M aghnia we conclued our study : * a strong correlation between housing sector and banking system *the significant role of loans in resolving the housing crisis *despite the efforts to limit the housing crisis but it still exist
