القروض البنكية –دراسة حالة الاستثمار في بنك BNP PARIBAS

Abstract

ملخص: بالفعل تعتبر البنوك من أهم العوامل المحفزة للاستثمار وبالتالي للاقتصاد في أي بلد، وذلك من خلال الأموال التي تضخها لفائدة المستثمرين الصغار والكبار على حد سواء، على نحو يساعدهم على توفير السيولة اللازمة لبعث مشاريعهم، وبالتالي خلق الثروة وتوفير مناصب شغل. وقد خلصنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى القول بأنه رغم التقدم المسجل، لا يزال النظام المصرفي في الجزائر يعاني من مشاكل عدة ويحتاج إلى اِصلاح، وذلك نظراً لكثرة العوائق البيروقراطية التي تؤدي إلى عرقلة المشاريع الاستثمارية. Résumé: Certes, les institutions bancaires constituent un facteur primordial dans la motivation de l'investissement et par conséquence de l'économie dans tout pays, et cela à travers les fonds qu'elles offertes soi aux petits ou bien aux grands investisseurs pour qu'ils puissent entament leurs projets. Ce qui mène en fin à créer la richesse et l'emploi. Mais malgré le progrès, on est arrivé à travers cet étude à constater que le régime bancaire connait beaucoup de problèmes en Algérie, notamment à cause de la bureaucratie, ce qui nécessite à notre avis une reforme totale.

Summary: Certainly, the banking institutions constitute a primordial factor in the incentive of the investment, and by consequence of the economy in every country, through funds that they offer either to the small or to the big investors, in order that they can start their projects. What leads in the end to create wealth and jobs. But in spite of progress, we arrived through this survey to note that the banking regime knows a lot of problems In Algeria, notably because of the bureaucracy, what requires to our opinion a total reform.
