ملخص: الوزير الأول الشخصية الثانية في السلطة التنفيذية بعد رئيس الجمهورية الذي يعينه و ينهي مهامه، و بالتالي فهو مسئول أمامه، يوجد في موقع بينه و بين البرلمان الذي يمكن له إقامة مسؤوليته السياسية بصفة مباشرة (الوسائل الردعية) عن طريق مخطط عمل، إيداع ملتمس رقابة ، أو عدم التصويت بالثقة التي يطلبها، أو بصفة غير مباشرة (الوسائل الإعلامية) عن طريق الاستجواب، الأسئلة، و تشكيل لجان التحقيق. Résumé: Le premier ministre, la deuxième personnalité dans le pouvoir exécutif après le Président de la République qui le nomme et met fin a ses fonctions, est dans une position médiane entre le Président et le parlement. Il peut engager sa responsabilité politique directement avec le plan d’action, la motion de censure, la non approbation de vote de confiance ou indirectement avec l’interpellation, les questions et les commissions d’enquête.
