عوائق تعلّم اللّغة العربيّة بين الوظيفتين التّبليغيّة و الفنيّة

Abstract

ملخص حازت اللّغة العربيّة أعظم الشّرف لنزول القرآن الكريم بها، لكن و بحكم سنّة التّطوّر فقد تفرّعت مستويات كثيرة عن اللّغة الفصحى تسمّى العاميّات، ما أنتج ضعفا لغويّا عامّا لم يسلم منه أيّ بلد عربيّ، و قد تضافرت على ذلك عدّة عوامل تاريخيّة و سياسيّة واجتماعيّة. و قد بُذلت جهود جبارة لتقويم اللّسان العربيّ منذ بدايات القرن الماضي، لعلّ أبرزها في الجزائر و هي محتلّة آنذاك جهود عبد الحميد بن باديس الّتي كان لها الأثر الفعليّ في المسار التّعليميّ بعد الاستقلال. Summary : The Arabic Languag has received the greatest honour since the glorious Quran was revealed in it. However, and because of evolution, many levels have turned to be branches of the standard Arabic called dialects ; the fact that resulted in general language weakness which has touched every Arab state. Various historical, political and social factors have caused this phenomenon. A lot of hugeorts have been made to correct the Arabic tongue since the begining of the previous century. The most prominente one in Algeria during its colonisation at that era , Abdelhamid Ibn Bdis’s efforts which had the effective impact in the teaching career after the independence. Résumé : La langue arabe a eu l’honneur d’être la langue du Coran, mais a cause de son évolution’ cette langue a bifurqué vers d’autre niveaux connus son l’appellation de langues familière, chose qui a entrain’ un niveau linguistique très bas, ceci a touché l’ensemble des pays arabes. Cette faiblesse est le résultat de plusieurs facteurs tant historiques, politiques que sociaux. On a prodigué plusieurs efforts ses dernières années pour remédier à ce déficit, et parmi les efforts fournis dans ce domaine figurent ceux de Abdelhamid Ibn Badis en Algérie qui a marqué le parcours éducatif national.
