الملخص꞉ تعتبر المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدائمة، هيئة قضائية جنائية دولية دائمة مستقلة و مكملة للهيئات القضائية الوطنية،انشات بموجب اتفاقية روما الصادرة في 17جويلية 1998،تختص بمحاكمة وعقاب الاشخاص الطبيعيين المسؤولين عن ارتكاب جرائم الحرب،جريمة العدوان،الجرائم ضد الانسانية و جرائم الابادة الجماعية،دون ان تعتد بصفتهم الرسمية. Résumé꞉ La cour Pénale Internationale est un corps judiciaire, pénale internationale, permanent, indépendant et complémentaire aux corps judiciaires nationales, il était établi conforme a l’accord de Rome publié le 17juillet 1998, ce corps se spécialise dans le procès et le châtiment des personnes physiques, responsables de commettre les crimes de guerres, crimes contre l’humanité, crimes de génocide, et le crime d’agression, sans tenir en compte leurs caractères officiel. summary꞉ The international criminal court is a permanent international criminal judiciary body, it is independent and completes the national judiciary body, it was established by the Rome statute in july,17th,1998,this court is specialized in the trial and the punishment of normal persons, who are responsible for their war crimes, aggression crime, crimes against humanity and genocide crimes, without taking in count their official characters.
