آثار العولمة المالية على النمو الإقتصادي دراسة قياسية حالة الجزائر 1990-2012

Abstract

شملت هذه الد ا رسة التي حملت عنوان آثار العولمة المالية عمى النمو الاقتصادي مع د دراسة حالة الجزائر د ا رسة نظرية وتجريبية تم من خلالها التطرق إلى الأسس النظرية لظاهرة العولمة المالية والتحرير المالي وعلاقتها بالنمو الاقتصادي في الدول النامية ,وتقييم طبيعة هذه العلاقة بالنسبة للاقتصاد الجزائري وذلك عن طريق إجراء دراسة قياسية معتمدين على مؤشرات التطور المالي ومؤشرات التحرير المالي الداخلي . وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن سياسة التحرير المالي المنتهجة من طرف الجزائر لم يكن لها الأثر الايجابي على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي ,وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن نجاح تطبيق سياسة التحرير المالي يعتمد على توفر مجموعة من الشروط منها التطور المالي,استقرار الاقتصاد الكمى,الإطار المؤسسي.Cette étude intitulée les effets de la mondialisation financières sur la croissance économique avec le cas de l’étude Algérie a été composée d’une partie théorique et d’une parti pratique. à travers laquelle on a touché les bases théorique du phénomène de la mondialisation financière et la libéralisation financière et de sa relation a la croissance économique dans les pays en développement inclus, et évaluer la nature de cette relation pour l’ économie algérienne, par une étude dépendante sur les indicateurs du développement financier et de la libéralisation financière ,nous avons atteint grâce a cette étude que la politique de la libéralisation financière n’as pas eu un impact positif sur les taux de croissance économique, et que le succès de l’application de la politique de libéralisation financière dépend de la disponibilité d’une gamme de conditions comme, le développement financier, la stabilité macro-économique, le cadre institutionnel.this study titled effects of financial globalization on economic growth whith the case of algéria study théoretical and expérimental through which touched on the theoretical bases of the phenomenon of financial globalization and financial libéralizationand its relationship to economic growth in developing countriesincluded,and asses the nature of this relationship for the algérian economy,by using the indicators of financial development and financial development. We have reachedthrough this study that the policy of financial liberalization made know by algéria did not have a positive impact on economic growth,and the success of the application of financial liberalization policy depends on the availability of a range of conditions,including financial development,stability macro-economic,institutional frame work.
