Abstract

A l’heure actuelle, les pays arabes affrontent de multiples défis, imposés par le nouvel ordre économique mondial. Cet état de fait les a conduits à une faiblesse et un déclin dans les relations interarabes. Nous constatons également la baisse du niveau économique, où les projets d’intégration arabe ont connu des réalisations dérisoires. En effet, ces pays ont fondé leur politique de développement et d’intégration arabe sur des méthodes et procédés inappropriés. Elles ne correspondent nullement à la nature de leurs économies et de leurs besoins. Le monde arabe affronte de nos jours l’un des défis les plus graves qui est la création de projets régionaux alternatifs dans la région arabe dont les plus importants sont le groupement méditerranéen impulsé par l’Europe, le groupement du Moyen-Orient dirigé par les États-Unis et Israël et qui reçoit l’appui des institutions internationales. Le défi de la mondialisation est aussi menaçant appelant donc des actions arabes communes qui doivent aboutir à instaurer un bloc économique uni. The Arabic countries are facing at the present time a lot of challenges imposed by the new global economic system, that lead to the weakening and the weakness of the Arab relations. We notice also that the economic level is decreasing and that little has been achieved by the Arab integration project sfulfilled by the Arab states, as they moved through the pursuit of development and the Arab integration and in particular through the joint Arab action that rely on the means and methods inappropriate to the nature of their economies, the degree of their development and their needs. The arab world nowdays faces the mostserious challenge of the establishment of the alternative regionalprojects in the Arabregion, the most important Mediteraneen bloc supported by Europ, and the Middle Eastern blocled by America and Israël and promoted by the international institutions. There isalso the challenge of globalization, which is difficult to deal with. This situation confirms to us the importance of the Arab economic bloc. By doing so, we can really face all these challenges.تواجه البلدان العربية في الوقت الحالي الكثير من التحديات التي يفرضها النظام الإقتصادي العالمي الجديد،و التي أدت إلى وهن و ضعف العلاقات العربية البيئية و تدني مستوياتها و ضآلة ما حققته مشاريع التكامل العربي من منجزات،حيث اتجهت الدول العربية من خلال سعيها لتحقيق التنمية و التكامل العربي و بالذات من خلال العمل العربي المشترك إلى الإعتماد على وسائل و أساليب لا تتناسب و طبيعة هذه الإقتصاديات و درجة تطورها و احتياجاتها،كما يواجه الوطن العربي في هذا الوقت بالذات اخطر تحدي ألا و هو الدعوة لإنشاء مشروعات إقليمية بديلة في المنطقة العربية،أهمها التكتل المتوسطي الذي تدعو إليها أوروبا،و التكتل الشرق أوسطي الذي تنزعمه أورباو إسرائيل و تروج له المؤسسات الدولية،و هناك أيضا إضافةإلى هذه التحديات ،تحدي العولمة ذلك التحدي القادم الذي لم نعد له العدة و لا نعرف كيف نواجه أو نتعامل معه،كل هذا يؤكد لنا هذه أهمية تكتل اقتصادي عربي فعلي و فعال نستطيع أن نواجه به كل هذه التحديات.
