L’OBÉSITÉ ET L’HYPERTENSION ARTÉRIELLE CHEZ LA FEMME MÉNOPAUSÉE ANALYSE MULTIVARIÉE ET POLYMORPHISME DU GÈNE ACE

Abstract

L’étude est réalisée sur un échantillon de 40 femmes ménopausées et 30 femmes non ménopausées, afin de déterminer les modifications métaboliques chez les femmes ménopausées, de la région de Tlemcen. Les résultats obtenus montrent que le modèle statistique de la régression logistique, a retenu le rapport tour de taille/hanche (OR=55619.18, 95% IC= 0.32 – 9.55), P<0,05 et le cholestérol (OR=50.16, 95% IC=1.39 –18.48) P<0,05, ainsi que le niveau d’instruction (OR=0.37, 95% IC=0.19 – 0.69), P<0,05. Par contre le test du Khi-deux a montré des différences significatives de l’IMC, du nombre de patientes hypertendues et diabétiques entre les cas et les témoins. La création de la banque d’ADN a été réalisée par la méthode d’extraction « Salting out » en vue de l’étude du polymorphisme du gène de l’ACE. Mots clés : ménopause, obésité, Tlemcen, HTA, ADN. Abstract The study was conducted on a sample of 40 postmenopausal women and 30 premenopausal women to determine metabolic changes in postmenopausal women, in the Tlemcen region.
