CONTRIBUTION A L'ETUDE DE LA BIODIVERSITE DES BACILLUS EXTREMOPHILES ISOLES DE LA SOURCE THERMALE DE HAMMAM DEBAGH -GUELMA- (GRIFFON B) k - N -SCREENING D'ACTIVITES ANTIMICROBIENNE

Abstract

ayant pour objectif, le criblage des Bacillus extrêmophiles à partir de la source thermale de Hammam Debagh (Guelma) et la mise en évidence d'activités antimicrobiennes de ces souches isolées. Pour cela Sept souches ont été isolées de forme bâtonnets à gram positif aérobies et formant des spores et ont la capacité de production des enzymes extracellulaires (amylase, protéase, lipase). L'activité antimicrobienne à été effectués vis-à-vis cinq germes test (quatre bactéries et une levure) par deux techniques (technique des cylindres d'agar et la technique des puits). Tous les isolats ont montré un pouvoir inhibiteur contre la majorité des germes tests sauf Candida albicans, avec une activité antibactérienne qui agisse plus contre les bactéries à gram négatif (Pseudomonas aeruginosa et Kiebsiella pneumoniae). Mots clés : screening, Bacillus, extrêmophile, activité antibactérienne Abstract This study having for objective, the screening of Bacillus extremophiles from the hot springs of Hammam Debagh (Guelma) and the detection of antimicrobial activity of these isolates. For this, seven strains were isolated, rod shapes aerobic, gram positive and form spores and have the production capacity of extracellular enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase). The antimicrobial activity was carried out against five bactena test (four bacteria and yeast) by two techniques (agar cylinder technique and technique of wells). All isolates showed inhibitory effects against most germs tests except Candida aihicans, with antibacterial activity which acts against most gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Kiebsiella pneumoniae).
