PROPRIETES CHIMIQUES ET BIOLOGIQUES DES HUILES ESSENTIELLES DE TROIS ESPECES DU GENRE PINUS POUSSANT EN ALGERIE

Abstract

Le but de ce travail est l’étude de trois espèces médicinales et aromatiques appartenant au même genre Pinus de la famille des Pinacées, elles sont très utilisées par la population locale. La première partie de cette étude concerne l’extraction et l’analyse des huiles essentielles de P.halepensis, P.Pinea et P.pinaster par CPG et CPG/SM. La deuxième partie consiste en l’étude de l’activité antioxydante et anti microbienne des huiles essentielles. L’activité antioxydante est évaluée par la méthode de la réduction du radical DPPH• et par la réduction du fer. En outre, le pouvoir antimicrobien des huiles essentielles est étudié par la méthode de disc et de la dilution en milieu liquide, sur des souches bactériennes de références.The aim of this work is the study of three medicinal and aromatic plants belongs to the family of Pinaceae, wich are very used in the local population. The first part of this study concerns the extraction and the quantification of essential oil of P.halepensis, P.Pinea and P.pinaster. The second part is the study of the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of essential oils. The antioxidant activity of essential oils is tested by the method of reduction of DPPH radical and iron reduction. The antimicrobial activity of the oil was evaluated using paper disc and the method of broth dilution on bacterial reference strains.
