Abstract

ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل موضوع: إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام وقطاع التعليم العالي بشكل خاص. والذي يعتبر من اهم المواضيع التي جذبت انتباه العديد من المفكرين في مجال إدارة الأعمال. قسمنا هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول ، الأول يحتوي على مفاهيم حول إدارة الموارد البشرية، أما الفصل الثاني فقد شمل مقاربة إستراتيجية لتقييم الأداء ، وأخيرا، في الفصل الثالث، عالجنا دراسة حالة إدارة الموارد البشرية في الملحقة الجامعية بمغنية. Résumé: Cette étude a pour objectif d'analyser le sujet : gestion des ressource humaine dans le secteur public et le secteur de l'enseignement supérieur en particulier. l'un des sujets les plus importants qui ont attiré l'attention d'un grand nombre de penseurs dans le domaine de management des affaires.
