| Résumé: | تتناول هذه الأطروحة مفهوم الحُكم في القرآن الكريم، المتعلق بالخطاب القرآني، من خلال مقاربة منهج يّة للتفسير الموضوعي، تتناول بالمناقشة والتحليل مفهوم القرآن الكريم وخصائص خطابه، ومفهوم التفسير وحدود موضوعه ومناهج التفسير المختلفة في تناولها لمواضيع وأحكام القرآن الكريم وآليات إنتاج المعنى والدلالة للوصول إلى تأصيل منهجي للتفسير الموضوعي في العصر الحديث للإجابة على الإشكاليات والحاجيات الحديثة، في التأصيل لمنهج التفسير الموضوعي، الذي يعتمد على منظور ورؤية موضوعيّة للخطاب الموضوعي، إلى جانب تركيزه على الآيات الواردة في موضوع محدّد وفي مجموع سوَره، للوصول إلى المعاني العميقة والمقاصد المعتبرة في القرآن الكريم. |
| Description: | This thesis deals with the concept of judgment in the Qur'an, in relation with the Qur'an's discourse, through a systematic approach to thematic exegesis, dealing with the discussion and analysis of the concept of the Holy Qur'an and the Characteristics of its speech. The concept of exegesis and the limitations of its subject, and different approaches to exegesis in the treatment of the subjects and the provisions of the Qur’an, and mechanisms of production of meaning and importance of access to consolidate the " The systematic and thematic exegesis of the modern era, the response to modern problems and needs, which depends on the perspective and objective vision of the Qur'anic discourse, as well as the emphasis on the verses contained in a specific subject in the totality of the Surahs, to reach deep meanings and for purposes considered in the Holy Qur'an. |
